Before your organisation can claim back the cost of a Strategy Led AI programme seat, a few things generally need to be true. This is a general orientation, not a substitute for confirming your organisation's specific status with HRD Corp.
- Be a levy-registered employer. Your organisation needs to be registered with HRD Corp and actively contributing the Human Resources Development levy (mandatory for most employers above a certain size/sector; some smaller employers can register voluntarily).
- Have an available levy balance. Claims draw down from your organisation's accumulated levy contributions — an exhausted balance means no further claims until it replenishes.
- Book training that qualifies as claimable. Our programmes are structured as external in-house training, which is a recognised claimable category, but your organisation still confirms this against HRD Corp's current scheme rules.
- Nominate genuinely relevant attendees. HRD Corp expects training claims to reflect real skills development for the roles attending — which is also why we ask delegates to be C-Suite or department heads for these programmes.
- Submit the claim within HRD Corp's stipulated timeframe, using their e-TRiS system, with the supporting documentation we provide (invoice, programme outline, attendance confirmation).
If your organisation isn't sure whether it's levy-registered, or what balance it has available, your HR or finance team can check directly via HRD Corp's e-TRiS portal — that's the authoritative source, not us.
