WooWoo World — Sales Rep / Booking Contact Rewards Agreement
Parties. This agreement is between WooWoo World Sdn Bhd (Company No. 202501029350 (1630762-X)), of SO-26-02, Menara 1, No. 3, Jalan Bangsar, KL Eco City, 59200 Kuala Lumpur, W.P. Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia ("WooWoo World"), and the individual named in this sign-up form ("you").
1. What this agreement covers. This agreement governs your eligibility to earn Sales Rep commission or Booking Contact rebate rewards ("Rewards") on bookings made through book.woowoo.world using your sales code, as described in WooWoo World's current How Commissions & Rewards Work document, which is incorporated into this agreement by reference and may be updated by WooWoo World from time to time.
2. Activation. Your sales code is not active, and no Reward accrues on any booking, until you have completed this sign-up, including acceptance of this agreement.
3. Payment. Rewards are currently paid out manually by WooWoo World directly, based on the payment details you provide us separately. Automated bank payout via Stripe is planned for the future.
4. Timing and conditions. Rewards are calculated at the time of a qualifying sale but are not payable until released, and may be voided, exactly as set out in the current How Commissions & Rewards Work document. You acknowledge that a pending Reward is not a guaranteed payment.
5. Your responsibilities. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, and for any tax obligations arising from Rewards you receive. This agreement does not create an employment relationship between you and WooWoo World.
6. Termination. Either party may deactivate a sales code at any time. Deactivation does not affect Rewards already released before deactivation, but stops further Rewards from accruing.
7. Governing law. This agreement is governed by the laws of Malaysia.
